Here are some butt exercises that you probably aren't using that will give you that great curvy butt that is just right... not too big and not too small. Just a nice shape that looks hot in jeans.

Butt Exercises

1. Isometric butt squeezes

These are great for shaping the butt. They're simple and you can do them literally anywhere. You can do them sitting down, lying down, standing up, whatever. Nobody will even know you're doing them.

Just squeeze and tighten your butt together and hold the isometric tension in the squeeze for as long as you can. Do it for at least 10 seconds at a time. With practice, you should be able to do them for over a minute at a time. Just to give you an idea, I'm making a claim for the WORLD RECORD (joke) for the longest isometric butt squeeze ever... 5 minutes and 12 seconds.

2. Hindu squats

This exercise is not only great for your butt, however it's great for where your butt and hamstrings (the back of your legs) come together. You'll also lose a lot of weight from doing these. The keys to this exercise... use only your bodyweight, time yourself squatting up and down for 5 minutes straight without rest, and get in at least 100 squats in those 5 minutes.

Now, can you rest? Yes, if it's too hard for you to do non-stop. But keep the rests short, like 10 seconds. If you can't do them for 5 minutes, then switchyour goal to averaging 20 or more squats per minute for however many minutes you do them.

Eventually, build up to 5 minutes and over 100 squats and your butt, legs, and your whole body will start to transform almost instantly. Do these butt exercises as part of a weight loss program and you can't help to create a butt that looks incredible in jeans.

These exercises for glutes will give you all the information and details you need to know on how to get a sexy butt that is firm and round that is not too big and not too small. Imagine having a butt that both men and women can't help however to notice.

1. Incline walking

You know that area where your butt and the back of your legs come together? Want to make it look better and help get rid of your sagging butt? Then start walking... BUT make sure it's uphill or on some sort of incline (like on a treadmill).

Incline walking is not only great for weight loss, however it firms up both your legs and butt better than pretty much any other exercise you can do. But again, I must stress this... this is INCLINE walking, NOT plain flat surface walking.

I recommend that you use a treadmill and incline it either 10 degrees... or 15 degrees, and walk on it for 20-30 minutes 4-5 days a week. You'll start to see results within 2 weeks! Your butt will transform into a more shapely, firmer butt easily within a month if you did just this 1 exercise and nothing else.

2. Butt Squeezes

This is a great isometric exercise that shapes the butt. If you want just the right size butt, not too big and not too small, start doing this one immediately.

It's simple. Just squeeze your butt together. Do this as hard as you can and hold the isometric tension in your butt. Hold each squeeze for AT LEAST 10 seconds...however I recommend you try to do it for closer to 1 minute each time. Do this for a total of 5 minutes each and everyday.

Since it can be done anywhere and pretty much at anytime without anyone else knowing, there really is no excuse not to do this exercise.

Now just squat up and down. Be sure that your upper thighs go slightly below parallel to the ground to get the most out of each repetition.
