We women usually have problems around our butts, hips, and thighs. This article will show you how you can lose pounds and inches fast from those PROBLEM ZONES.

The greatest part is, you can do this while you avoid going to the gym.

1. Butt - do isometric butt squeezes

These shape the butt fast. You can actually do them anywhere. For me personally, I prefer to lie down on my stomach while watching tv and do them.

All you do... squeeze your butt together as hard as you can and hold it for 30 seconds or so. Keep repeating that until you've done anywhere from 5-10 minutes.

10 days from now you'll see a big difference in your butt when you look in the mirror.

2. Hips - Hula hoop

The hula hoop targets your hips with laser precision. It's not just a kid's toy anymore. It's a proven weight loss and hips toning exercise.

Here's what I recommend to you.

Just hula hoop for a minute or 2 when you're not busy. Simple enough, yeah? I hope so. That's what I do. I also do this as well while I watch tv. Who says you just have to sit there and watch tv. Do something. Actually, I kinda reserve commercial time for these exercises.

3. Thighs - Wall Squats

You have walls on your home, yeah? Great! Find a wall (while watching tv... smile) and put your feet around 20 inches apart from each other and 15 or so inches away from the wall.

Make sure your back is flat against the wall. Nowsquat up and down. Do 4 sets of as many reps possible. Rest about 1 minute between sets.

So there's nothing more to do for your butt, hips, and thighs as far as exercises. If you want to lose pounds and inches fast, this method has been proven very effective by 100's of my clients.

1. Great butt exercise - isometric butt squeezes

Done anywhere and at anytime, isometric butt squeezes are the EASIEST of the top butt exercises you can do. With other butt exercises, you'll mostly have to go to a gym to do, however these you can do at home or work without people even knowing you're doing them.

Just squeeze your butt together as hard as you can for as long as possible. I suggest you do each squeeze for at least 30 seconds... however try to do it for longer. 5 minutes a day is all you need. Your butt will start SHAPING UP within days.

2. Sexy thighs exercise - wall squats

These are a nice version of normal squats... however without having to use weights. Find a wall and rest your back straight on it. Now move your feet 18-20 inches away from the wall.

Now, if you want to work your outter thighs, put your feet closer together... about 12 inches apart. If you want to work your INNER THIGHS, put your feet farther apart... about 24 inches apart.

Now just squat up and down. Be sure that your upper thighs go slightly below parallel to the ground to get the most out of each repetition.

Here's how you can sculpt a better butt... tighter, firmer, rounder, and a lot less sagging. If you can spare a few moments a day in the privacy of your home, then you can build a better butt.

Better Butt Exercises

1. Isometric butt squeeze

This one gives your butt a great shape. All you do is squeeze your butt together. You can do this standing, sitting, or lying down. I prefer to do it lying face down while I watch tv. Just do it for 5 minutes a day. You can do it all at once or do a small throughout the day. The longer you can HOLD THE SQUEEZE, the better.

Don't be surprised if you can hold it for a few minutes!

2. Wall Squats

Wall squats are bodyweight type of squat. What you do is put your feet about 18 inches apart and 18 inches from a wall. Then lean your back straight against the wall. Now squat down while keeping your back against the wall.

Be sure to squat down to the point of your upper thighs going below parallel to the ground. The DEEPER, the better... for the butt. Do 4-5 sets of as many reps possible.

3. Hula Hoop

Now, hula hooping works more than just the butt. It works the whole waist and hips area. The hula hoop is great for TONING the area. Twirl the hula hoop around your waist for 5 minutes a day. This will help tone the outter area of your butt where it ties into your hips.
