Ok, you have cellulite on your thighs. It sucks and you want it gone... YESTERDAY. I get it. Well, that won't happen. But over time, you can diminish and significantly reduce the look of your cellulite by jumping on the mini-trampoline.

Not only is jumping on it good for weight loss, however an added benefit is that the lymph system that is stagnating in your thighs causing the cellulite will be stimulated into better circulating. This will diminish the look of cellulite. Jump on a mini-trampoline daily for greatest results. 20 minutes a day minimum. If you don't have 20 minutes to spare, do it 2 minutes at a time.

Bonus exercise: rolling your thighs on a foam roller

A foam roller is one of those rolls of foam that you see in the cardio sections of a gym. These are good to use to "squeeze out" the cellulite. Using your bod yweight, roll yourthighs over it with a lot of pressure for 5 minutes a day. Keep rolling back and forth on it.

It may not seem like much, however it really does help to reduce your cellulite. Cellulite on thighs will be a thing of the past for you if you follow this simple advice.

Here's how to slim thighs down and help diminish ugly, nasty cellulite. It's a lot easier than you thought. I'm going to show you how to do this without it becoming a time burden on you since I'm sure you're busy and have a lot of other things you'd like to be doing besides exercising.

How to Slim Thighs

1. Slide your legs on a foam roller

This exercise is for your cellulite. Buy a foam roller from Wal-Mart or your local sporting goods store. It'll cost less than $10. Put it on the floor at your house. While you are in shorts, push and pull your legs along the width of the foam roller while sitting down. You are using the gravity and weight of your legs to press into the foam roller... helping smooth out your cellulite.

Do this for a total of 5 minutes each day. This exercise alone will diminish the look of your cellulite better than anything else you can do.

2. Do the backwards walk

Walking backwards puts more emphasis and prominence on your butt and hamstrings (back of the legs). It's a superb way to work your legs in a low impact manner. I don't know how overweight you are and how out of shape you are, however I know that most people who are 30+ pounds overweight can't handle the intensity of a lot of cardio exercises such as running or jogging. Even if they could, their ligaments and joints are stressed from theextra pounds which makes for lots of injuries. So avoid that stuff and stick with backwards walking.

Do these walks for a total of 15-20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Obviously, so you won't look ridiculous, you should use a treadmill. This is how to slim thighs and reduce cellulite without having to risk an injury AND without overdoing it.

One of the simple exercises I'm going to show you is the greatest exercise to drain "lymph"... which causes blockage that promotes the appearance of cellulite.

How to Lose Thigh Fat Fast

1. You need to use gravity to help unblock, blockages of lymph and blood flow... for this, jump on a mini-trampoline

The mini-trampoline is the greatest exercise you can do to drain lymph blockages and cause stagnant blood flow to get moving again. This helps to smooth out the legs and butt from those ugly dimple marks you have. Besides that, the mini-trampoline is great for weight loss.

Jump on it as often as you can. I prefer to do it 1-2 minutes at a time during commercials, however you can do that or do it all at once. Or a combination. The more often you do it, the quicker the results.

It's a simple exercise and if you do it 1-2 minutes at a time, you won't get tired at all... and you won't sweat.

2. To peel off pounds and inches of fat or adipose tissue fast, incline walking is best

I have a treadmill at home that inclines. I simply walk on it, inclined at 15 degrees. Nothing more. My walksare pretty short... 20 minutes. I even do them while watching tv.

Here's the deal... for weight loss, incline walking is 10 times better than walking on flat ground. Just try it. Use a hill or a treadmill. If you want proof, all I can say is to do it once or twice. That'll do more than all the explaining I could do.
