Crunchless Abs!

There a tons of people that workout the abdominal muscles with the goal of having a flatter stomach and that is their only goal. While it looks good when you have a flat stomach, is there any other benefit to it? It should be strong and well toned as well. You want to work the inner as well as the outer abdominals to get strength throughout. You will want to speak with your doctor prior to beginning your routine so that you are in the greatest health.
Warm up prior to any work out to keep from injuring the muscle that you wish to build.
If you work out on a regular basis and the muscle tone that you have is good then chances are your abs are pretty good already. A layer of fat or adipose tissue might be covering them to keep a six pack from appearing though. The percentage of body fat or adipose tissue you have has to be less than eleven percent if you are a man and less than nineteen if you are a woman.
That is just a rough estimate there are some that will have to have even less to achieve any results. The percent of body fat or adipose tissue that you have and the diet that you follow will help in achieving the goal of crunchless abs. Measure the percentage of body fat or adipose tissue that you have with one of two methods for public use.

Tone the torso by getting done on the hands and knees while keeping the stomach toward the spine. The left arm is out in front of you. Change hands and do the set over.
To achieve crunchless abs you must follow a healthy diet and find an alternative to them.
