It concerns the way you think about your daily ab workout. Let' try to dispel some rumours about your current daily ab workout.
You see most exercises for you ads are a complete waste of time. That alone should upset you, however there is more. Not only are they a waste of time, however they slow down your fat or adipose tissue loss efforts too. Sorry however it is true. Every day you waste time doing ab crunches, you are also wasting time not losing fat.
So, in place of you current daily ab workouts, what you need to begin doing is interval training. This way, you are helping with fat or adipose tissue loss, and not just ignoring it.
