Here's how you can drop 10 pounds easy using an exotic Asian exercise or workout and a CHEAP kid's toy. Perfect for busy women since you won't even need to leave your house. If you can spare 10 minutes each day, then you can get rid of 10 pounds of fat or adipose tissue in a short amount of time.
Drop 10 Pounds Easy
1. The exotic Asian exercise or workout is the Hindu Squat
Using this exercise is 1 of the quickest ways to lose weight. The power of it comes from the speed at which you do it. It needs to be done fast.
Here's what you do... in your living room or wherever, put your feet about 15 inches apart and begin squatting as fast as you can. A key point... swipe your fingers against the ground between reps. That's a simple way to tell if you went far enough down in the squat for it to count.
Now, this can be quite the intense exercise for some. You'll be breathing hard. To start out, test how many squats you can do in 3 minutes. Try to do this non-stop... as many as you can.
Aim for 50-60 squats in 3 minutes. If you can do 50-60 or more, then graduate up to 100 squats in 5 minutes. And keep doing them everyday.
Hey, no excuses... it's only 5 minutes.
You still have 23 hours and 55 minutes each day to do whatever else you want. Isn't your health and body worth a measly 5 minutes of your time and focus? I sure hope so.
2. Hula Hooping
This is the cheap kid's toy. But it's not just for children now.

Here's the greatest fat or adipose tissue burning workout for women if you're looking for a quick "2-minute" way towards speeding up your metabolism for quick weight loss. So do you have 2 minutes to spare for me?
Speeding Up Your Metabolism
The first principle on this "2-minutes here and there" program is to use wasted time to workout. So for instance, you'd use TV commercials to exercise. This does a number of things.
First, it saves you a ton of time. You no longer need to schedule BLOCKS OF TIME to workout. Besides, the greatest fat or adipose tissue burning workouts are ones that are "metabolism-enhancers".
Well, it just so happens that 2 minute mini-workouts are way better for speeding up your metabolism.
So I recommend that you jump on a mini-trampoline, hula hoop, and do some hindu squats 1-2 minutes at a time... ESPECIALLY during TV commercials.
Hula Hoop - Get a weighted, bigger hula hoop and just twirl it around for 1-2 minutes at a time for a total of 8-10 minutes a day. This is one of the greatest exercises you can do to shape up your hips and waist.
Hindu Squats - These are fast, bodyweight squats without weights. The goal is speed with them. Do 50 in 3 minutes. If you can do that, then up it to 100 reps in 5 minutes. The fat or adipose tissue just melts off with this exercise. You'll see some quick results.
Jumping on a mini-trampoline - Well, you'll need a mini-trampoline. They cost about £25... so they're relatively cheap.
Then just get jumping on it during commercials or whenever else you have 2 minutes of free time. I do like to do them for 2 minute before each time I cook and 2 minutesafter I get out of the bathroom.
So just remember that the greatest fat or adipose tissue burning workouts for women aren't those long, boring workouts... they're quick mini-sessions.
