In this fast paced world, nobody has time to look after himself. Long time ago people used to go walking to market, office or they would go by cycle. With increase in the number of automobiles we have become so lazy that we never consider walking. The result is that we are becoming increasingly obese and fat or adipose tissue day-by-day. Then we grumble about our weight problems.
The following are the greatest and easy exercise for weight loss. Remember, you will be able to loose weight and achieve the human body that you always wanted only if you work on it. You don't need costly weight loss programs or equipments. All you need is the desire to work hard and the desire to succeed.
So lets begin.
1. Get quality Sleep.
The most important thing that most of the people ignore is to have a nice and sound sleep. Always make sure that you get adequate sleep. Good sleeping habits are conducive to exercise. After a being worn out doing exercises, if you don't get enough sleep for that day, you are less likely to get much physical activity during the next day.
In addition, research has shown that people who don't get enough sleep, feel very tired and they tend to eat more, using food as a substance for the rest they need.
2. Get walking.
It is probably the easiest exercise you will ever do. In fact, it may be all you ever have to do. Always include at least 30 minutes of brisk walking five times a week in your life. Brisk walks themselves have health and psychological benefits that are well worth the while.Another way is to public transport in place of your private vehicle. If you are traveling by a public bus, make it a point to get down one stop before your actual destination. This way you will have to walk for about five to ten minutes to reach your destination.
3. Walk the treadmill.
If you don't not feel like going outdoors, and if you have a treadmill at home, you can place it either in your bedroom or in the television room, you can watch your favorite shows or listen to music while you are doing your daily weight-maintenance plan. Another way is, if you stay in a flat which is say in second floor, you can walk the steps in place of using your elevators. This way you will burn more calories.
4. Seize the time.
Lack of time is one of the limiting factor in our lives. Get as much exercise as you can without letting it interfere with your work or family life. Remember that no one can help you achieve what you want until you help yourself. Make it a point that you make enough adjustments in your daily schedule to have enough time to look after your health.
As it is said "Time is Money", I would rephrase it and say that "Time is Health."

This is easy to fix if you have a treadmill that inclines. Just incline it... to 10 or maybe 15 degrees. Get walking... 15-20 minutes will do.
