Got 5 minutes? Then you got the ability to burn off fat or adipose tissue unbelievably fast with hindu squats. Now, hindu squats don't involve weights or even going to the gym. You can do them in the privacy of your home.

What they are... bodyweight squats. And... you do them SUPER FAST. As fast as you can. That is key. You want to do them for 5 minutes straight without stopping or resting. Can you rest? Yeah, however if you HAVE TO, make sure it's for 10 seconds or less.

You want to average 20 or more squats for each minute.

To get the most out of this exercise, try to do it non-stop. People who average 20+ squats a minute and over 100 squats in 5 minutes are the ones who get unbelievably fast fat or adipose tissue loss results.

One tip... if you can't quite do 100 squats in 5 minutes, then build up to doing the whole 5 minutes by starting with doing fewer minutes however averaging at least 20 squats per minute. Slowly build up from there.

First exercise, do spins.

Remember what it was like as a kid, you'd spin around aimlessly. Well do that kinda... minus the aimlessly part. Just spin around. The only requirement... be sure to stop spinning once you feel slightly dizzy.

Other than that, spin often. Hey, it only takes 15 seconds of your time.

So you're wondering why this works? To paraphrase my Spinning for Weight loss ebook... basically most people who are overweight have unbalanced and out-of-whack hormones that are putting the brakes on weight loss. Once you "take your foot off the brakes" by bringing balance to your hormones, you begin to lose weight.
