1. Spins
This weird and silly exercise does things other exercises can't do. This has nothing to do with burning calories. This has everything to do with hormone manipulation. Spinning like a kid manipulates the hormones into a more balanced and weight loss friendly environment.
So spin around in a circle a number of times everyday and you'll get the advantages of having your hormones work WITH YOU in place of AGAINST YOU.
2. Vacuum Pose
Want a belly that is 2-3 inches slimmer? Do vacuum poses for 5-15 minutes a day for a month. The greatest part is, you can do these just about anywhere and at any time.
Confused about what the vacuum pose is? Don't be... it's nothing more than sucking in your BELLY BUTTON and holding it for a count of 10 seconds. Keep repeating that until you've done 5-15 minutes each day. You don't have to do all 5-15 minutes at once either. Do this whenever you get a chance.
3. Jumping jacks
This exercise has fallen out of favour with the fitness community over the past 20 years or so. Why... who knows! Just to let you now, the fitness community isn'treally that smart. All I can tell you is that jumping jacks are an easy way to get in some light cardio work without much effort or time required.
I don't consider this a main exercise, however as a side exercise it's as good as it gets. It's a natural movement that your body craves. Think about it.

Spinning like a child works towards manipulating your hormones into a more balanced profile. When that happens (which it happens by stimulating the Endocrine System), weight loss comes fast and furious. The hormones are as big of a factor, if not bigger, than diet and exercise.
Get spinning and see for yourself. Only takes 15 seconds of your time each time you do it.
2. 30-60 second jump roping
Many women avoid this exercise, why, I don't know. But they shouldn't... and you shouldn't either. If you want to peel off pounds of fat or adipose tissue from your body fast, just jump rope 30 seconds to 1 minute at a time.
Don't have time... you say? I bet you do... during TV commercials.
Did you know there's about 20 or more minutes of commercials during each 1 hour of a TV show? Use those 20 minutes during 1 of the hours you watch TV to get your workout in. You can get in an easy 10 minutes of jump roping.
