I do this for 6 minutes at a time, rest 2 minutes while I drink water, then repeat another 3 times for a total of 24 minutes.

Vacuum Pose - Suck in your stomach. Pretty basic, however it works. The longer and harder you hold it, the better your results. 5-10 minutes a day and you'll lose some serious inches within a month. I consider this the greatest exercise BY FAR out of all abs exercises.

AbSqueezes - Tighten up your abs and squeeze them together... HARD. Now hold that for 15 seconds. Rest, repeat. I suggest you do this for 3 minutes everyday.

Here's how to tone your stomach in a few minutes a day. If you follow this easy and flexible outline, you'll flatten your belly before the end of summer.

Tone Your Stomach

1. To reduce your waist, you'll need to do a specific isometric exercise which forces your belly in... the vacuum pose.

The vacuum pose is a fancy name for sucking in your stomach. Now, before you write this technique off, understand that most people do this wrong. Not only that, they don't do it consistently enough to get results.

Here, do this. Suck in your belly button. Make sure it's the lower part of your abs that gets sucked in. Not the upper part. The upper is no good... that's what most people do.

So do it. Hold for as long as you can. Then relax. Then do it again. And again. And again.

Do it for a total of at least 5 minutes. Why 5 minutes? After working with thousands of women online, I have 100's of emails from women who've lost close to 2 inches from their bellies in 25-28 days doing the vacuum pose for 5 minutes.

Do it for longer and you'll lose even more off the waist. I have lots of emails on those as well. But start with 5 minutes. Try suck it in for at least 20 seconds each time.

2. To tone up your stomach more, you need a cardio exercise to burn off belly fat... I suggest you walk on a treadmill that you can incline.

Slow weight loss is the opposite of fast weight loss. If you want slow weight loss, just walk on some sort of flat surface... outside or on atreadmill. If you want fast weight loss, walk up a hill or on a 15 degree inclined treadmill.

I won't explain why they're so different from each other. I'll just simply have you do a test. Walk on an incline for 20 minutes and see for yourself. That will prove more to you than anything I'll say.

So to summarize... to tone your stomach, use the vacuum pose and incline walking and you can expect to flatten your belly before the end of summer.

Here's how to burn belly fat or adipose tissue fast. I'm going to give you a few UNUSUAL techniques and exercises to flatten your stomach. There's nothing hard to do... you just have to do it. So if you are willing to give me 5-10 minutes a day, you'll have a flatter stomach within 10 days.

How to Burn Belly Fat Fast

The first technique is called the "hot hands belly rub".

What you do is rub your hands together. This generates heat... a kinetic heat. Do this for 10-15 seconds. After that, lie down. Take 1 of your hands and begin rubbing small circles around your belly button.

Do this for about 30 seconds. Stop. Then repeat. Keep repeating for 2-4 minutes. Do this twice a day.

Why does this work you're asking?

To put it in simple terms, the heat from your hands burns off the fat or adipose tissue cells in your stomach. It's more complicated than that, however I don't want to bore you with the specifics.

Exercises to Flatten Your Stomach

1. To get rid of tummy fat or adipose tissue fast, "vacuum" it out with the vacuum pose

This isometric exercise is the number 1 exercise you can do to get rid of your tummy. Suck in your gut... the lower part. Focus your efforts on the belly button. Then, simply hold it for awhile. 30 seconds and up is your goal.

Do this multiple times for a total of 5 minutes of sucking it in. Note: You don't have to do this all at once.
