So a sample great routine for success could be: Day 1 - skipping for 2 minutes with 30 second rest in between. Repeat five times. Then follow with 100 losing love handle exercises such as side bends. You see blending the two key areas together is a superb way to go to maximize results.
The third key for losing love handles is eating healthy most of the time. Here is a simple rule that may help you as it has with me. I aim to have one of these three ( fruit, salad or vegetables) with every meal. Simple and easy to do don't you think.
